What he’s famous for:

As lead singer and front man of the band The Ordinary Boys Preston soon become more famous for falling in love in the Big Brother house with faux-celebrity and eventual winner Chantelle.

The band took off once Preston entered the house. The single "Boys Will Be Boys" moved from number 33 to number 3 in four weeks. After Big Brother they also had a huge hit with “I Luv You” rumored to be written about Chantelle.  In early 2008, lead singer Preston confirmed the band's end. He now writes his own music for Metrophonic and DJ’s all over the country playing a mix of electro and indie classics. He has his own DY and Production company, DeadBeats He DJ's all over the

What he’s remembered for:


Preston and Chantelle kept viewers on tenterhooks as their relationship blossomed, and Preston wrestled with what do with his feelings for the blonde Essex bird as he had a girlfriend outside the house.

On 25 August 2006 Preston and Chantelle married at Dartmouth House in Mayfair, London. Details were kept secret as part of a lucrative magazine deal reported to be worth £300,000

But in June 2007, Preston and Chantelle announced that they were splitting up after 10 months of marriage. They released a statement saying "After much soul-searching and tearful discussions we have sadly decided to end our marriage." Rumours have always remained rife of a reunion between the two who remained close friends despite being linked to other people.
