A drunk Norwegian tourist fell asleep on an airport baggage belt and went through an X-ray scanner.
The 36-year-old man - who has not been named - was only spotted when he went through the scanner after travelling 160 feet on the contraption at Rome's Fiumicino airport with a can of beer in his hand and a backpack on.
He is thought of have travelled on the belt for 15 minutes after falling into a deep sleep.
The tired tourist had climbed over a check-in desk because there were no members of staff there to book him onto his flight to Oslo.
He was taken to hospital as airport bosses were concerned about the powerful X-rays he was exposed to, and he was later reported to prosecutors for causing alarm at the airport.
