''healthy, unhurried and pleasant''
A US woman has reportedly faked her own kidnapping to get a day off work.
The San Antonio lady claimed a man abducted her and made her drive to a number of locations to carry out what she believes were drug deals, but when questioned about her so-called ordeal, she revealed the truth.
According to police, when the woman was confronted by investigators she said the story was made up and she did it to get attention and a day off work.
Officers became suspicious when they discovered CCTV footage of the female buying a lottery ticket and looking ''healthy, unhurried and pleasant'' with the shopkeeper, and there was also further footage of her withdrawing money from an ATM with nobody else appearing to be with her.
