Bizarre - A US man is suing Microsoft because his computer didn't delete his porn files.
Michael Crooker, who was left red-faced after police found the files during a search of his house, now plans to sue the computer giant for £100,000.
Crooker said: "I have suffered great embarrassment. I was told the settings on my computer meant that my browser's history would be deleted after five days. This wasn't the case."
The man believed the racy images would be deleted by his computer's Internet Explorer programme.
Crooker was later arrested in Connecticut on weapons charges, including allegations of selling illegally modified firearms and possessing bomb-making equipment.
