An American man and teenager have been arrested for tattooing a swear word on a boy's forehead against his will.The expletive, described only as "a disgusting phrase", was forcibly tattooed by a 23-year-old man and his 17-year-old friend onto the brow of another teenager using a crude homemade device. After the harrowing attack was over the tattooed boy immediately contacted police who arrested the offending pair.Arresting officer Craig Berry said: "It's just ludicrous that someone would do something like this to another person.''The pair have now been charged and will remain in jail until a $25,000 sum is put up for bail.Videos you might like
