A British builder demolished the work he'd done on a house after the tenant didn't have the money to pay him.
Nigel Gray, 44, knocked down the porch and conservatory, worth £15,000, from the property in West Sussex after getting fed-up with waiting for his cash.
Anita Dovey, who had permission from the council to make improvements to the house, has now been ordered to pay to clear the rubble.
Gray said: "I'm absolutely gutted to have had to do this because it was such fantastic handiwork but I could not just let this go.
"We just kept on getting a string of excuses and bounced cheques."
When the work was not paid for, Gray said he gained the consent from the local council to demolish his building work.
