Burglar Boyfriend

The woman heard an intruder climbing up the balcony of her second floor apartment and telephoned the emergency services in a panic - but the burglar turned out to be her boyfriend carrying a bottle of wine and some flowers.

Police ended up arresting the man anyway as he was actually on an outstanding warrant.

He was trying to surprise her with the flowers and a bottle of wine but it all went wrong

A policeman said: "He was trying to surprise her with the flowers and a bottle of wine but it all went wrong. He nevertheless gave the police who were taking him to jail the bottle of wine as a gesture of thanks for the friendly treatment after the arrest."
