A US woman has been charged for reading a book while driving 100km/hour.
''impaired, distracted, and aggressive driving will not be tolerated''
Carmen Velocci, from Ontario, now faces careless driving charges because she was so engrossed in her book and couldn't put it down despite driving on a motorway in the Woodstock area and travelling at a high speed.
The 63-year-old speedster was charged with careless driving under the Highway Traffic Act, and Ontario Police were keen to remind motorists that ''impaired, distracted, and aggressive driving will not be tolerated''.
