An elephant in the US has learnt to play the harmonica with her trunk.

Elephant keeper Debbie Flinkman attached the musical instrument to Shanthi's pen after noticing the animal, who also likes to flap her ears against objects and tap various surfaces to create sounds, was ''musically inclined''.
Debbie said: ''It is very good enrichment, especially for this specific elephant.
''I try really hard to stay out of her line of sight because I don't want her to cue off of me. It just really amuses us. And I absolutely love it that it amuses her.''
