A husband caught his wife cheating on him when he spotted their dog tied up outside a bar.

The 40-year-old Italian man was out with the couple's two young children when saw he heard he canine barking at him and went over to investigate.

Inside the pub, the man saw his 35-year-old wife - who had told him she was taking the dog for a long walk - in a passionate embrace with the landlord.

The man screamed at his wife before punching her lover. The police were called to break up the brawl and the pub owner was taken to hospital where he was treated for cuts and bruises.
