Man serenades elephants on mountain

A British man dragged a piano all the way up a mountain in Thailand to serenade a group of elephants.
After completing the mammoth task of hurling the cumbersome instrument to the top of the peak, Paul Barton sat just feet away from a herd of blind elephants as he belted out a score of Beethoven.
However, this wasn't a random act of kindness, as the animal lover - who moved to the South East Asian nation 16 years ago to be closer to his beloved mammals - has been working alongside his wife with blind elephants for many years and undertook the challenge to raise funds for the cause.
He said: "It was a 50th birthday present to myself. My wife and I have been working with blind elephants for many years, and I thought it might be something they would enjoy to listen to.
"I had to drag the piano up a mountain, I have a really bad back, but I wanted to make the effort so I could feel like I had undergone a personal challenge."
