A man has been taken to court for allegedly feeding a police horse sausage rolls.
''looked hungry'', but prosecutors claim the man was ''threatening and abusive''
Francis Kelly reportedly tried to feed the pastry snacks to the equine because he ''looked hungry'', but prosecutors claim the man was ''threatening and abusive'' when they told him to put his sausage rolls away.
The 41-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to a breach of the peace in Glasgow, where he resides, and is due to stand trial.
A court insider said: ''His view is he thought the horses looked hungry, as daft as that sounds.''
