A Chinese man had a lucky escape after having a hammer ledged into his head.
Builder Yuan Dongjiang was dismantling a warehouse roof in Nanning, southern China's Guangxi province, when he fell three metres into the ground and the tool landed on his face.
Despite the hammer being embedded in his forehead and left eye socket, he arrived at a nearby hospital fully conscious.
Doctors managed to remove the hammer - which fortunately hadn't damaged the eye - and Yuan is currently recovering in hospital.
