A diner has suffered a cardiac arrest while eating a burger at the Heart Attack Grill.
The man suffered the heart attack while eating a 6,000-calorie Triple Bypass Burger, which is described as a ''burger to die for''.
The man - who is thought to be in his 40s - was stretchered out of the restaurant and taken to hospital.
Owner Jon Basso denied it was a publicity stint.
He said: ''The gentleman could barely talk. He was sweating, suffering.
''I actually felt horrible for him because the tourists were taking photos of him as if it were some type of stunt.
''Even with our own morbid sense of humour, we would never pull a stunt like that.''
