A US man has been accused of "tricking" his cheating girlfriend into getting a tattoo of a poo.

Rossie Brovent, from Dayton, Ohio, is seeking $100,000 in damages from former flame Ryan Fitzjerald after claiming he forced her into having the vile inking by making her drink a bottle of cheap wine and downing tequila shots with her.

While she was hoping to be inscribed with a magical scene from the Narnia trilogy, Rossie got a nasty surprise when she woke up to a huge image of a human excrement covering her back.

She said: "Actually I was passed out for most of the time, and woke up to this horrible image on my back."

Rossie is now hoping to have her ex-boyfriend - who is believed to have carried out the inking shortly after finding out she had cheated on him - charged with assault.
