An interior designer has made a chandelier from gummy bear sweets.
The brightly-coloured ornament is made from hundreds of orange, yellow and green sweets which designer Yaya Chou hopes will last for ten years.
The bright colours and soft texture of children's snacks construct a romantic scenario which draws my attention to the dangerous ingredient behind them
She said: "I explored the relationship between food consumption and class. The bright colours and soft texture of children's snacks construct a romantic scenario which draws my attention to the dangerous ingredient behind them. I think it's possible that these designs could catch on and become popular."
The US designer has also designed a rug made from the sweets.
