A US toddler found two wedding rings in his garden - 33 years after they were lost.
Three-year-old Ryan Baima was digging in his back garden when he stumbled upon the two gold bands which had been misplaced by Joan Mulligan in 1976 - when she used to live in the property.
After much investigation, Ryan's mother Luna gave the retired school teacher a call.
She said, 'I think I have something that belongs to you.' And immediately it flashed through my mind that's what it was. I couldn't believe it.
Joan explained: "She said, 'I think I have something that belongs to you.' And immediately it flashed through my mind that's what it was. I couldn't believe it."
Joan gave Ryan $50 for his detective skills and now plans to have the rings mended for her upcoming 50th wedding anniversary.
