Renowned sculptor David Bradley had a 'grate' time helping to hand sculpt the pop queen as training ahead of the E20 Cheese Carving Championships this weekend - taking the team a total of 28 hours, 20kg of mild Cheddar, one knife, a paint brush and a magnifying glass to complete.

Three specialist cheese sculptors, including David, are set to go head-to-head to create the most 'Brie-lliant' sculpture - it's really something worth giving 'edam' about.

There is still a space open for a member of the public to fine tune their cheese sculpting abilities, those interested in competing should email [email protected]. A panel of judges will then select the winner.

For Beyoncé fans looking to get 'Drunk in Cheese', the E20 Cheese Carving Championships are set to take place at East Village's Cheese and Wine Festival on Saturday (01.04.17) from 10am - 5pm.
