Call of Duty voted best video game franchise
'Call Of Duty' has been voted best video game franchise by the Guinness Book of World Records.
The popular game - which can be played on PC, Mac, XBox and PlayStation - has fought off stiff competition to be given the title by over 5,000 Guinness World Records Game Edition readers.
It is also the best-selling shooter videogame, having sold 188,900,000 copies across different formats.
Fans of the game have taken to the Guinness World Records Challenger website to submit their high scores.
The latest instalment in the franchise, 'Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare' is available now as is the Guinness World Records Game Edition.
