A fisherman named after 'Stark Trek's' Captain Kirk left pooed up the walls of his prison cell.
Rowdy James Kirk was angry at officer's because they accused him of putting a snooker ball in his sock at a nightclub.
Refusing to leave the club he was taken to the police station and reacted violently leaving his faeces everywhere.
Kirk's defender told the Daily Star newspaper: ''There was alcohol involved and I am confident he won't come before the court again''.
As a consequence for his actions he had to pay a £142 cleaning bill and the Judge Patricia McNamara said he was to donate £360 to a police charity he would be free of charges.
