Flashing female escapes police

A German woman who has been flashing men can't be arrested because police can't prove that she is sexually aroused when committing the act.

Annette Kaiser, 34, has been flaunting a legal loophole which says she can't be prosecuted for showing off her nakedness unless she gets turned on in the act because there is no immediate way of telling whether a woman is aroused.

The exhibitionist, who has been flashing her bits in Berlin, said she loves the feeling of freedom she gets from showing off her rude parts.

She said: "I like to show off my body. I give men an eyeful and then I'm quickly gone."
