A jealous boyfriend offered to pay a nightclub to spy on his girlfriend who was out for a hen do.
Man asks club to watch girlfriend
The man, who has not been named by the club, was concerned his partner would be tempted by other men at Filthy's in Newcastle, and asked the staff to keep an eye on her, the Newcastle Chronicle reports.
In a text message to the bar, he wrote: ''Hi, my girlfriend is headed with a hen party this weekend to Filthy's.
''I was wondering if I would be able to pay a staff member to keep an eye on her and make sure there's no men at their table etc. I don't want the staff member to let the group know their watching though! (sic)''
The bar posted the text onto their Facebook page and confirmed no employee would do what the man requested.
