Research carried out by Kettle Chips has found over 90 per cent of people rarely leave their offices for fresh air, two in 10 people take a full hour for lunch, whilst over three quarters have admitted they don't dedicate a full hour to have breather from their work load.

And the survey has also discovered on average people take less than 30 minutes lunch break, as over half of employees believe they have too much work on their hands to take a break.

The research also reveals the average working Brit will eat the same meal for lunch three times a week.
