A man accused of licking a woman's toes claimed the saliva found on her feet was from his sneezes.

Shaun Smith was accused of assaulting the woman with his tongue but was cleared of sexual assault after telling police the DNA found on her feet was caused by his heavy cold.
The woman also claimed he put his hand up her skirt, before trapping her on a sofa and kissing her neck and chest.
However, the 54-year-old was cleared of sexual assault over the incident in September 2015 at Maidstone Crown Court in Kent.
A jury found him not guilty after just 15 minutes of deliberation today.
