Kenneth Crowder, of Melbourne, Florida, has been accused of trying to fornicate with a tree and stab a police officer with his own badge while on drugs.
According to police, the 41-year-old American was high on flakka, a new drug that authorities say is increasingly popular in Florida.
What's more, it's been claimed he was shouting he was a god before committing a sexual act on a tree.
Crowder was arrested on charges of battery on a law enforcement officer, as well as resisting with violence and assault with a deadly weapon.
