Man with world's biggest penis turns down op to make it smaller

Roberto Esquivel Cabrera, 54, from Saltillo in Mexico, has a penis that measures a whopping 18.9 inches when flaccid and to put the size into context, it touches his knee.

But instead of having an operation to make it smaller and make life easier, Cabrera is committed to keeping it because he'd rather be famous and keep his title as the biggest cock holder than have small nether regions.

According to the Daily Mirror newspaper, Cabrera said: ''I am happy with my penis and I wish to go back to the US and spend the rest of my life over there. I don't feel sad because I know in the US there is a lot of women. One of them will be the right size for me. I would like to be a porn star and I think I would make a lot of money.''

His doctor advised him that it would be best to have the small operation as it would allow him to have intercourse and have children, however he was having none of it.

Dr Jesus David Salazar Gonzalez said: ''We have advised him 'Roberto, the best thing for you is that the doctors give a normal shape to your penis so that it doesn't hurt you, in order to have sexual relationships, in order to have children. But he doesn't accept it, he'd rather have a penis bigger than the rest of the people.''

Cabrera shot to global stardom in 2015 when a video surfaced of him weighing his manhood in a bid to prove it was real after his half-metre willy smashed the unofficial record, believed to have belonged to US actor Jonah Falcon, who's member measured 9.5 inches flaccid and 13.5 inches when erect.
