The inventor of penis implants, Dr James Elist, has stopped doing small sizes because ''nobody wants a small''.

According to Metro newspaper, Elist - who is the only person qualified to insert Penuma Demand penis implants - has now performed over 1,000 operations, which are priced at around $13,000 (£9,073) each.
For those who aren't squeamish, the procedure is a sheathe of silicone, called The Penuma, inserted directly into the penis which is then able to enhance both length and girth.
