A cheating pub quiz team used dummy mobile phones to get around the rules.

The unnamed team have been banned by the landlord, after he became aware of the extreme lengths they were going to in order to win the quiz, which included having a list of chart-topping pop songs to hand.
Trevor Glenn, who runs The Mall pub in Woodhall Spa, told Lincolnshire Live: ''I have taken quiet steps to make it known they are not welcome any more.
''They were quite clever anyway and didn't need to do it. We have had complaints in the past.''
