Public toilet sells for nearly £500,000
A public toilet has sold for £415,000.
A man has decided to avoid the problem of being stuck needing the toilet by purchasing the block of public lavatories in Walton-on-Thames in Surrey, south east England, the Metro newspaper reports.
The small plot sold for much more cash than the asking price despite having no planning permission, meaning the lucky new owner will not be able to expand on the property.
