A 15-year-old German girl was surprised to see her parents undisguised at a sex club in an online news report about swinging.

A 15-year-old German girl was surprised to see her parents undisguised at a sex club in an online news report.

The teenager recognised her mum and dad in a video about swinging on TV channel RTL's website, but a judge has dismissed a lawsuit whereby the parents are seeking compensation for not having their faces blurred out, Süddeutsche Zeitung reports.

He reportedly told the pair: ''I wouldn't want to be in your shoes. That's simply embarrassing.''

However, the production company has been ordered to pay the girl's parents' legal costs, as well a fee for their appearance in the video.
