A teenager called the police on his dog, which he mistook for a burglar.

An 18-year-old man was alarmed when he heard rustling coming from upstairs inside his home in California, and decided to call the police in the moment of distress and locked himself and his other pets into a room waiting for the emergency services to arrive.
However, on their arrival the police found the owner's Great Dane was the culprit gazing out of the skylight at the night sky, much to their amusement.
A department spokesperson, Spencer Crum, told The Dodo Online: ''We came out and he's all afraid, thinking there's a prowler in his house.
''Several deputies arrived and went in the house, a couple of others stayed outside to search the exterior.
''One of the deputies outside the house heard this scratching noise.
''He shined his light around the house and saw this dog sticking his head out a skylight on the roof.
''The deputy said - and I quote - 'At that point we ditched all tactics and died laughing.'''
