Thrill seekers are getting the chance to have an overnight stay in the UK's most haunted prison.

The Shepton Mallet Prison, in Somerset, once held some of the country's most dangerous criminals including the Kray Twins and is now being used as a ghost hunt, the Bath Chronicle reports.
To this day it is not known how many people were executed at the prison and the overnight stay allows guests to use modern ghost hunting equipment to carry out their own investigation.
Organisers of the event said: ''You will also be given time to explore the prison on your won and carry out your own mini ghost hunt. Working in small teams this is an amazing experience. Sometimes daunting, sometimes terrifying but always memorable.''
