Train delayed due to 'unusually large passenger'

''an unusually large passenger''

A train was delayed due to ''an unusually large passenger''.

Two Great Anglia Rail trains scheduled to leave just after 9am reported the bizarre message - which was photographed by disgruntled customers - on their departure board.

Although it is unclear from one image where the first train was scheduled to travel to, it was claimed that along with the 10 past 9 train to Chingford, it was delayed because of ''an unusually large passenger''.

However, it was later revealed that the message had been cut short and instead should have read, ''An unusually large passenger flow''.
