Despite being met with controversy from religious sections and mixed review from the critics The Da Vinci Code, an adaptation of Dan Brown’s hit novel, made a mint at the box office.
It was so successful that director Ron Howard and leading man Tom Hanks decided to return to make the other Langdon novel Angels and Demons, which is set befor The Da Vinci Code.
Scheduled for release next May here is sneak peak of the firs poster for the film.

Ooh, looks like someone is going to hell after it has emerged that Katy Perry’s parents really don’t practise what they preach – quite literally. Despite claiming to be devout Christians, it has emerged that the raunchy singers parents haven’t always been Evangelical as her father was a drug dealer and her mother had a explicit affair with Jimi Hendrix! No wonder no-one seems to go to church anymore.

However, unlike Ange, it was a foolish decision as she is even more miserable now than before she had the injections. Well surely looking at the trout pout on Lesley Ash she would have known better!
It looks like we could be getting another random couple in celeb land after Helen Mirren has admitted to having a crush on Russell Brand. but don’t worry, it’s not just one-sided, oh no, Russell has confessed to wanting to ‘get off’ with the lovely lady. Well Helen, a toyboy would be far more eager to please… get in there (I know I would!)
And I thought I’d leave you with a bit of porn to get you ‘in the mood’ (although if you’re at work that’s probably a bad idea!) Well, in a desperate bid to get herself back in the headlines, Rose McGowan has signed up to play a porn star in a new film. However, she won’t actually be making a rework of ‘Deep Throat’ just playing Linda Lovelace – she could never live up to Linda anyway!
