I know you all love a god award ceremony, so with that in mind we have come up with our fabulous BRIT award predictions. I know half of you are going to rip into my and my decisions, but please, before you start sending me pig’s heads in the post; remember it’s just my opinion.
It seems that Katy Perry’s split with Gym Class Heroes singer Travis McCoy has hit her hard as the singer has taken a vow of celibacy. Katy said she won’t even be kissing anyone now, boys or girls, just her cat, Kitty Purry. This screams of publicity attention to us, after all look how much attention Britney’s no-sex vows got her. Try harder next time Katy.
As you may have guessed I’m a very big fan of Gossip Girl and last night marked their return to British shores, not literally of course, I just mean on TV. Anyway, cue lots of romantic confusion, a Marc Jacobs dress to die for and a new man to obsess over. Oh, how we’ve missed the shenanigans of the New York Upper class.
2009 really could be the year for the Brits as the movie Slumdog Millionaire and performances from Kate Winslet have all be recognised by the Academy Awards as the nominations have been announced. Sadly there will not be a double award speech from Kate Winslet… what a shame!
