Posh’s Thumb Sucking Moment… January 22, 2009

Oh, how this made me laugh looking at this picture yesterday. Posh seems to be a general point of discussion for people over the past few weeks, whether it’s about her style, her new ad campaign or her apparent one woman mission to take over the fashion world.

Either way, you can’t deny that she knows how to work the media, and her latest Vogue covershoot just goes to prove it. She’s clearly not sucking her thumb in an obvious way, yet everyone (including me) has stated that she’s now a 30-something-year-old thumbsucker.

I would say poor Vic, but this is just added publicity to her and her campaign. Seriously, this week she’s been unveiled on a massive billboard in Milan, alongside her hubby David and stolen the limelight at Milan’s Fashion Week too in a gorgeous red dress (which just so happens to be from her own label.)

I seriously admire Posh, it has to be said, because she and she alone is the driving force between brand Beckham. You may recall us mentioning last week that Katie Holmes had released her campaign photos for Miu Miu, on the same day as Vic’s Armani’s pics made their debut.
