Last night was awesome Marilyn Manson came on to an electric charged atmosphere, and after having a great day I decided to let my hair down while watching the great man himself.

Trouble is this morning I’m nursing a massive hang over… never mind things to do people to interview..

First up I have interviewed Attack Attack followed by Twin Atlantic. Now Im sitting in the sun watching Black Stone Cherry.

The crowd isn’t as big as on previous early sets I imagine most of the rock fans are nursing hangovers this morning….

Thats it for now but check back later for more updates live and racy, if not check back for my full report and interviews coming up on Monday Ruth Out…..

Well, to say it was supposed to rain today, the sun is shining brightly and I’m absolutely boiling because the forecast had predicted rain and I only brought two ‘sunny’ outfits and one ‘rainy’ outfit. Needless to say, I’m a bit concerned about sitting in a field for hours on end in the clothes I have on right now.

Today though, I’m talking to two of my favourite bands, Attack! Attack! And Twin Atlantic… with Twin Atlantic being one of the finest bands to come out of Scotland in a while, and already having toured with Scottish greats Biffy Clyro, I’m looking forward to chatting to the again.

I also have some time with the very bizarre Steel Panther and the amazing Shinedown, who I’ve looked forward to seeing for about a year now after I missed them on the Disturbed tour.

I’m actually kind of sad that it’s the end of the weekend because I’ve had such fun, seeing so many epic bands, meeting new friends, and catching up with some old ones, as well as discovering drinks that I never even knew existed.

It makes me sad to think that so many of the lovely people in PR I’ve met this weekend have to go back to London and I go back to Cheshire, because some of them are friends I’d like to have for a long time in the future.

Ah, look at me coming over all sentimental on you all, I think it’s about time I went and had a day of classic rock… Bring on Whitesnake!
