Ruth’s Tuesday Roasting

I always thought Eminem would be able to take a joke considering he is always having a pop at his fellow celebs… but after Sacha Baron Cohen landed on his face at the MTV Movie Awards last night, he stormed out of the show!

Poor old Susan Boyle has found out what it’s like to be a celebrity the hard way, after finding herself hauled off to hospital under the Mental Health Act after losing out in the Britain’s Got Talent show on Saturday night.

I’ve also started my own campaign to get David Archuleta to release a cover of OneRepublic’s Apologize. After someone told me to check out a video of him singing it, I almost dropped off my chair with joy! Show your support for David here!

It seems Vivienne Westwood has finally lost the plot. The kooky designer failed to recall who Daisy Lowe was during a showbiz party this weekend despite hiring the model for her catwalk show at London Fashion Week in February. Daisy was even hailed as the designer’s new muse just a few months ago. Perhaps Dame Viv should lay off the free champagne in future!

Some of the most iconic moments in cinema history have not come from great acting performances, special effects of music but simply from the clothes that were worn. Over the years actresses like Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe have made outfits iconic in their own right.
