Ok so Cemetery Junction has just started filming in London so it’s not a trailer per say but here is Ricky Gervais introducing his furst film as a director.

Cemetery Junction Tells the funny, touching and universal story of being trapped in a small town and dreaming of escape. In 1970s England, three blue-collar friends spend their days joking, drinking, fighting and chasing girls.

Freddie (Christian Cooke) wants to leave their working-class world but cool, charismatic Bruce (Tom Hughes) and lovable loser Snork (Jack Doolan) are happy with life the way it is.

When Freddie gets a new job as a door-to-door salesman and bumps into his old school sweetheart Julie (Felicity Jones), the gang are forced to make choices that will change their lives for ever.

Ok so we might have had the likes of Transformers and Star Trek grace the big screen already this summer but we are still in for a major treat in August with the release of Inglourious Basterds.

Yes Quentin Tarantino is back, every movie he ever releases is a bit of an event, and he has brought together a great cast of Brad Pitt, Diane Kruger and Michael Fassbender, amongst others.

So take a look at the new trailer, trust me it’s gonna be a corker!

Firstly I would like to share my disgust at the Michael Jackson Memorial commentators used by the BBC. I watch the tributes to the King Of Pop filled with anger at the callous remarks made by these so-called professionals. How disrespectful.

The gorgeous Rihanna really knows how to kick Chris Brown in the teeth doesn’t she? The pop star celebrated America’s Independence Day in eye-popping style, by wearing a revealing tuxedo jacket and nipple tassels.

What’s more, I’ve got a new celeb best mate in the shape of former Happy Monday’s Star Rowetta, who took time out to chat to us about trying to make a comeback.

I’m also very sorry to inform you ladies that Enrique Iglesias could be engaged after his long-term girlfriend Anna Kournikova was spotted brandishing a diamond ring during a recent tennis match.

While many Doctor Who fans are still crying into their pillow at the news David Tennant is stopping down as the Doctor it seems life does go on for the Scottish actor as he lands a role in the new St Trinian’s movie. And while it’s great to see him back on the big screen I join the rest of the Who fans that want to shake the actor and yell ‘Don’t Go!’
