Barbie is an iconic of girliness and we all love her- but what do you think about Barbie inspired handbags?
Paul’s Boutique have brought out a range of handbags with special Barbie designs on and although they are taotally fab to look at, we must ask is it a bit tragic to carry round a handbag inspired by a doll?
Some of the designs have failry subtle nod to Barbie on but other are full on girly pink with ribbons and patches all over.
What do you think? Is it just a bit of harmless fashion fun or should we grow up and accept that we can no longer get away with carrying our Barbie’s round wherever we go?
I think you are never never to old to love Barbie. I would be the first to purchase a Paul’s boutique handbag. I do like the black one with barbie’s face at the bottom it’s very me!
Nowadays you don’t get little girls playing with Barbies .. it’s totally different from the dolls we loved as we grew up. I agree with the other comment – Barbie is for any age.
I think these bags are gorgeous – they’re bright and pink and girly and are just the perfect size!
It’s about time something like these were brought out!
