Kanye West might be renowned as one of the best Hip Hop artists around, but last nights debacle at the MTV Video Music Award will have probably seen him plummet in the cool stakes.
The singer, who isn’t immune to meltdowns at award ceremonies, lept onto the stage whilst Taylor Swift was accepting the gong for Best Female Music Video and started rambling on about how Beyonce should have won!
Now I’ve got to admit that I don’t always agree with award ceremonies winners, but I wouldn’t go careering onto the stage and a) making myself look like a total ass, and b) ruining someone’s happiness.
Whilst everyone thinks Beyonce, dancing around in a white room with some bizarre glove on might be fantastic, personally I think it’s not, as Kanye put it, “The best video ever made†come on Kanye, you need to take those radiator sunglasses off, they’re playing havoc with your eyesight.
So, is it just me, or has Kanye made a right tit of himself, and do you think it’s just a bit of a celeb crush Mr West might have? Jay-Z might have had 99 problems before, but I guess it might be bumped up to 100 now?

Now I don’t personally agree with the way he did things, but I do feel he had a point. I don’t always agree with the winners at the award shows, but I’m not there to run on stage and grab the microphone to state it. He felt something wasn’t right and he spoke up about it. Plus I feel people are always trying to dis Beyonce because she always seems to win an award or perform and shuts down the house. WHY?! I mean if she’s that good, she should win. It seems strange that when you’re good at something, that’s when people seem to think that you don’t deserve anything. She works hard and gives us her all. I think Kanye West should be banned from all award ceremonies since he cannot seem to behave appropriately in public (he’s behaved this way too many times before). Shame on him for ruining Taylor Swift’s big moment like that. She’s a young women who is incredibly talented and sweet. Kanye not only disrespected Taylor, but also disrespected Beyonce and his own late mother. Intoxicated, a secret crush on Beyonce, or just plain prejudiced – what he did was inexcusable.
Now I’ll admit that I’m not Taylor Swifts biggest fan, but what Kanye West did to her was uncalled
for! I liked Beyonce’s video better too but if Taylor won then she won, let her have her moment!
