Vampire movies are well and truly the genre of the moment and now it seems the eastern movie industry is getting in on the act with Thirst.
Sang-hyun, a priest working for a hospital, selflessly volunteers for a secret vaccine development project intended to eradicate a deadly virus.
However, the virus eventually takes over the priest. He nearly dies, but makes a miraculous recovery by an accidental transfusion of vampire blood.
He realizes his sole reason for living: the pleasures of the flesh. it’s fair to say that Thirst isn’t the lovey dovey romp that Twilight is but if you are a fan of this genre get to a cinema near you.
