Kate Moss might be a role model to many a woman, but after hearing what her motto in life is… I’m starting to think she should stick to refusing to do media interviews!
Ms Moss was asked by beauty website WWD what her motto for life is, and Kate replied with the jaw-dropping response; “Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels, that’s one of them.” Erm…has she never had warm chocolate fudge cake with cream?
What a healthy message to share with the world… and to think we’re trying to convince girls that size zero isn’t cool, and that we should embrace who we are as women, rather than trying to get the skeletal look before we’re six feet under.
Asked how she defines beauty, Kate explains, “I think that if you’re beautiful inside, it shows on the outside for sure. You can be a pretty face, but if you’re not a nice person, it just doesn’t work. I’m not traditionally a beauty, but apparently people think I’m all right. If you’re a nice person, it definitely helps.”
After seeing Lady GaGa having a fake jutting out spine for her latest music video, do you really think we’re sending the right message here ladies?

Mmm, don’t think that’s what she said. She said it was one of the motto’s the models used to use in her old modelling days. I don’t think Kate has ever had to worry about her weight so it doesn’t sound like a motto she would use. Leave the girl alone, at least she is her own person doing what she wants.

Her motto is one that is embraced by several pro-anorexia websites. Good going, Kate. And what does this mean, “At least she is her own person doing what she wants”? So if she’s doing crack and heroine, we are supposed to applaud her? Not saying she is, but that statement is naiive. Kate’s motto is ridiculous and she knows that it’s a pro-not-eating statement. Great, just what underweight impressionable girls need, a model to support more poor eating habits. Next?
