David Archuleta might be one of the sweetest popstars I’ve ever interviewed, but it seem that his fans are just as lovely as him after offering to send me his new album!
A few weeks ago I wrote a blog saying how excited I was to hear that the American Idol star had brought out an album – Christmas From The Heart – just in time for Christmas, but I was really sad that I hadn’t received one from the US…
Well, it seems as though the lovely readers of snarkyarchies.com have decided that my Christmas wouldn’t be the same without a bit of Mr Archuleta in the background as my mum and I open our presents on Christmas morning, and have ever so generously offered to send me a copy!
I mean, how sweet is that? Not many ‘fan clubs’ around the world would do that for their favourite singer, no matter how badly they wanted to share his or her music, so to have the kind Janey of snarkyarchie do something like that for me - a little journalist from England – is truly humbling.
After seeing the Joe McElderry Vs. Rage Against The Machine For Christmas Number One battle hot up over the last week (with Joe throwing darts at a photo of Zack De La Rocha) it’s nice to know that some music fans are still wonderful, thoughtful people.
David Archuleta, you officially have the nicest fans in history, and I’m sure it’s because you’re such a lovely guy. Well done mate.

Thank heavens for Youtube for us who live overseas and can’t get home to catch one of his concerts!
