Celebrity Big Brother almost made me scream with joy last night when I saw the calibre of celebs entering the house! I mean, there are some actual famous people in there. Oh, and some people who are ‘famous’ for dating famous people.
Whilst Alex Reid and Ronnie Wood’s ex Ekaterina Ivanova are only really famous for sharing a bed with a celebrity, and housemate Heidi Fleiss seems to be famous for being some sort of pimp I am slightly baffled as to why they didn’t combine all their fee’s and get Pammy in?
Anyway, thanks to The News Of The World, the fees for those years ‘celebrities’ is now public knowledge, and it seems as though my favourite hardman, Vinnie Jones is at the top of the tree, whilst Lady Sovereign and Dane Bowers are right down at the bottom!
Good old Vinnie has wangled himself a whopping £350,000 – twice what any housemate has ever been paid – whilst Lady Sovereign and Dane Bowers are both on £35,000 – just 10% of Mr Jones’!
Shockingly, non-famous cage-fighter Alex Reid will get £175,000 for the sleepover whilst Hollywood star Stephen Baldwin nets £150,000, actress Stephanie Beacham earns £100,000.
Ronnie Wood’s ex Ekaterina Ivanova, Basshunter and Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss will all pocked a tidy £75,000 whilst WAG and page 3 star Nicola T will earn £50,000.
