Greenberg Images

We haven’t seen Ben Stiller on the big screen since Night At The Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian in the summer of 2009 but all that is about to change.

Yes Stiller is back with his new movie Greenberg, which is directed by Noah Baumbach.

Roger Greenberg [Stiller], single, fortyish and at a crossroads in his life, finds himself in Los Angeles, house-sitting for six weeks for his more successful/married-with-children brother.

In search of a place to restart his life, Greenberg tries to reconnect with old friends including his former bandmate Ivan [Rhys Ifans].

But old friends aren’t necessarily still best friends, and Greenberg soon finds himself spending more and more time with his brother’s personal assistant Florence [Greta Gerwig], an aspiring singer and also something of a lost soul.

Despite his best attempts not to be drawn in, Greenberg and Florence manage to forge a connection, and Greenberg realizes he may at last have found a reason to be happy.

Take a look at some images from the movie:

John Mayer Gives $500,000 To Haiti – But WHY Does He Need To Tell Us?

John Mayer has become the latest celebrity to dig deep for the survivors of the Haiti earthquake – the rocker has donated $500,000 (£312,500) to the American Red Cross.

The generous star has also given charity bosses permission to use The Heart of Life – the song he performed on CNN TV special Haiti: How You Can Help – in a new public service announcement.

This latest donation has seen Mayer join the likes of George Clooney, Gisele Bundchen, Sandra Bullock, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who have all given huge cash sums to the relief effort, but what I want to know is, why do they feel the need to make their donation known?

I know it’s a terrible crisis, and everyone I know has given something to the cause, but we haven’t felt the need to go and alert the local press about our donation? It’s all well and good giving to charity because you care, but it’s another thing expecting publicity off the back of it.

On that note, I’d like to thank all the celebrities and people who have given to Haiti and not broadcast it to anyone willing to listen, you’re making a difference and you know it.

Diary Of A Wimpy Kid Trailer

Jeff Kinney’s novel The Diary of A Wimpy Kid has been given a big screen makover and will hit cinemas later this year.

Directed by Thor Freudenthal, his first movie since Hotel For Dogs, the movie stars Chloe Moretz, Steve Zahn, Rachael Harris, Zachary Gordon, Robert Capron and Devon Bostick.

The movie follows the adventures of middle school student Greg Heffley (Zachary Gordon) and his best friend Rowley Jefferson (Robert Capron) over the course of an academic year, as told through Greg’s diary and hand-drawn cartoons.

My Name Is Khan Trailer

Shah Rukh Khan is a superstar of Bollywood cineama and he returns to the big screen later this month with his latest picture My Name Is Khan.

Theirs was a storybook romance told against the shadow of a great American city, until a series of life-changing events threatened more than just their own happiness.

Imagine what happens when a single act from a determined man seeking forgiveness and love lost can do to inspire the hearts and minds of a wounded nation.

In My Name Is Khan, Bollywood superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol Devgan inhabit the most challenging roles of their careers.

Rizvan Khan is an honorable Muslim man from India, living with Asperger’s Syndrome, who falls unconditionally for the beautiful Mandira, a Hindu single mother living out her version of the global dream of success.

Yet, when an unspeakable act of cowardice tears their family apart, Khan selflessly embarks on a powerful journey through a contemporary America that is as complex as the terrain of the human heart.

He innocently becomes that most unlikely act of defiance, one of peace and compassion. He provides a sobering reality that touches the lives of every person he crosses.

In the name of the woman he loves, a curious stranger will introduce himself to the world simply by saying, ‘My name is Khan, and I am not a terrorist.’

Ruth’s Thursday Thoughts

Wow, so Katie Price and Alex Reid have gotten married… that technically means she’s been married to two different men in eight months… good going Katie. But come on, how long do we give them?

Kate Moss and her model friends have decided to show us all what amazing figures they have, by baring all on the cover (or should that be on eight covers) for the new edition of Love magazine… take a look at our very first full frontal naked lady pictures!

Ok so Avatar and The Hurt Locker going head to head at the Oscars didn’t really come as too much of a surprise. However there were a few surprises, Jeremy Renner for Best Actor, as well as a string o very rude snubs. So we take a look who will celebrating and who will be more than a little bit miffed.

Poor John Travolta has balding fears, yes the Saturday Night Fever star’s lock are not as lush as they once were. But the actor has revealed that it’s his choice of movies that are easing his concern… bless!

John and Edward Grimes have come a long way since that rather disastrous and somewhat off-key rendition of As Long As You Love Me by the Backstreet Boys in their first X Factor audition, and after watching their first music video, I’m happy to say I’m a fan.

Ivyrise are officially our favourite celebrity best mates (sorry about that Sebastian Vettel) and seen as though they’re dead nice and hunky and have a new single coming out, we thought we’d invite them back into our office.
