Valentine’s Day Clip

Yes Valentine’s Day is almost upon us and for this romantic time of year comes a romantic kind of movie from Garry Marshall.

The director is famed for his romantic comedies briging us the likes of Pretty Woman and The Runaway Bride.

And he teams up with Julia Roberts once again for his latest picture, the perfectly titled, Valentine’s Day.

Absolutely everyone is in it including Roberts, Bradley Cooper, Anne Hathaway, Jamie Foxx, Taylor lautner, Taylor Swift, Emma Roberts, Ashton Kutcher, Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba and so on.

So we have a little clip from the movie which is released 12th February:

Garry Marshall Talks Valentine’s Day

Garry Marshall brought us the romantic comedy classic Pretty Woman back in 1990, can you believe it’s celebrating it’s 20th anniversary this year?

Anyway he is back in the director’s chair this week with his latest picture Valentine’s Day.

He brings together an impressive ensemble cast that includes Julia Roberts, Bradley Cooper, Jamie Foxx, Anne hathaway, Jessica Biel, Jessical Alba, Ashton Kutcher – the list goes on.

The film follows intertwining couples and singles in Los Angeles break-up and make-up based on the pressures and expectations of Valentine’s Day.

The Last Airbender Superbowl TV Spot

It seems that all of this year’s big movies were fighting it out for TV spots at this year’s Superbowl.

And The Last Airbender, the latest picture from M. Night Shyamalan, showed some new footage from the movie.

A live-action film adaptation of the first season of the animated television series Avatar: The Last Airbender the movie stars Slumdog Millionaire star Dev Patel.

Water. Earth. Fire. Air. In the old days, there was peace between the four nations of the world. The Avatar, Master of all four elements, kept peace between the the Water Tribes, the Earth Kingdom, the Fire Nation, and the Air Nomads.

Only the Avatar has the ability to Bend (manipulate) all four elements, but one day, he Vanished. Then the Fire Nation attacked, forcing a war on the other three nations for one hundred years.

Now, for the good of the world, it’s up to 12-year-old Aang (Noah Ringer), the new Avatar, to return peace and balance by putting an end to the war and mastering all four elements.

Aang must accept his destiny by stopping the Fire Nation’s war and defeating the Fire Lord for good.

The Borrower Arrietty Teaser

Now I don’t know about you but I love the Studio Ghibli movies, Spirited Away, Howl’s Moving Castle and all that.

Ponyo is on the horizon and Ocean Waves made it onto DVD for the very first time last month.

But the animation studio has already announced their next project and it comes in the form of The Borrower Arrietty, an adaptation of The Borrowers.

14-year-old Arrietty and the rest of the Clock family live in peaceful anonymity as they make their own home from items “borrowed” from the house’s human inhabitants. However, life changes for the Clocks when a human boy discovers Arrietty.

OMG… Katie Price LIED About Alex Reid!

Katie Price could face another colossal knock to her fan base today after she’s admitted that she lied about breaking things off with Alex Reid in the hope of boosting her publicity.

Whilst we hate to admit that it did actually work, why on earth was she complaining so much when the papers were hoarding her as she left the jungle when the whole kafuffle was orchestrated by her publicity hungry self?

The ‘glamour’ girl has confessed that she deliberately pretended the pair had split up in order to boost ratings for her show What Katie Did Next – which documents the whole ‘break up and make up’.

“None of you knew about it,” she said; “You can see [in the show] relationships can happen and we don’t have to tell people everything. Yes Katie, that’s right, but to be honest you do seem to enjoy airing your dirty laundry in public.

She has admitted that her marriage to Alex would be more private than her and Peter Andre’s, and said; “We are going to be more mysterious, more private, it’s my way – not your way!” Erm, I wonder how on Earth Katie is planning to be ‘mysterious’ when she tends to leave very little to the imagination.

Vernon Kay Sent Saucy Texts To FIVE Women.

Vernon Kay was left red faced yesterday after it was revealed he’d been sending saucy messages to Page 3 model Rhian Sugden, but as with most cases of naughtiness, plenty more ladies have now come out of the woodwork.

Obviously thinking it was better to get everything out in the open, Vernon admitted to exchanging messages with not one, but FIVE women, whilst his wife Tess Daley was left holding their new born baby.

Vernon has said; “I’m so sorry, I’ve been an idiot and I’ve let my family down.” But he still insists that his naughty hobby never went further than messages; “I thought it was harmless banter and just larking around. I’ve been stupid and daft, but I’m not a sex pest.”

“I’ve only done this with four or five girls and I’ve known them all well – they’ve been friends or work colleagues. I know a single guy can get away with things like that but I’m married and I understand this is off limits.” ONLY four girls Vern? One is bad enough!

Either way, the Family Fortunes host said most of the girls he sent messages to were friends and colleagues, adding, “I’ll do whatever it takes to resolve the situation. I’m so sorry.”

We hope they sort things out soon.

Lisa Marie Talks To Jacko’s Ghost… Right.

If you’re a firm believer in ghosts and the afterlife then you’ll be pleased to hear that Michael Jackson’s “unsettled” spirit has been having a nice chat with his ex-wife Lisa Marie Presley.

Well, we say nice, it might not have been nice, as he’s apparently begged her to forgive him at a séance held with Karen Faye and a psychic last week. Quite whether or not Jacko’s ghost is still milling around in ‘limbo’ is anyone’s guess, but for the sake of argument, we’ll go with it for now.

Karen, 53, said: “He seemed to be on a mission to reach out to people in his life and be forgiven. Michael spent his time explaining his faults and wanting us to forgive him. He seemed unsettled. He seemed more jovial with Lisa. The psychic turned to me and said Michael is telling me, ‘You took such good care of me, and I am so sorry I hurt you so much’. He said he should have listened to me more. It hit me straight in the heart.”

Even more spookily, Karen insisted that the medium had “no idea” of her link to Jacko, who died aged 50 last June, although why the medium didn’t recognise someone like Lisa Marie is totally beyond me, but then again, who am I to try and understand the afterlife?

Oddly though, the medium, oh wait, I mean Jacko, wouldn’t discuss manslaughter charges faced by his doctor Conrad Murray, as the King Of Pop was apparently “detached” from these things. Convenient.
