Erm, Kim & Justin, What’s Going on Here?

You know when we were all doing little giggles at Justin Bieber fans after they went berserk accusing Kim Kardashian of trying to seduce their little teen idol? Well it actually looks like a story that could have a bit of a ring-a-ding-ding of truth to it….

Good old Elle magazine have picked up on the gossip and invited both Kim and Justin to have their very own Graduate shoot for their September issue – and these photos are the result.

Obviously Kim looks amazing (she would wouldn’t she?) but seeing her parading around in front of a little 16 year old who blatantly fancies the pants off her is just a little bit weird don’t you think?

No? well have a look at the video below and look at the loved up expression on JB’s face… totally weird.

Salt Clips

It’s been two years since Angelina Jolie starred in the action packed Wanted and Clint Eastwood Changeling, a role with won her an Oscar nomination, but this summer she is back in Salt.

Directed by Phillip Noyce Salt is a contemporary action thriller from Columbia Pictures. As a CIA officer, Evelyn Salt (Jolie) swore an oath to duty, honor and country.

Her loyalty will be tested when a defector accuses her of being a Russian spy. Salt goes on the run, using all her skills and years of experience as a covert operative to elude capture.

Salt’s efforts to prove her innocence only serve to cast doubt on her motives, as the hunt to uncover the truth behind her identity continues and the question remains: “Who Is Salt?”

Take a look at a couple of clips from the movie:

Due Date & The Tempest Posters

While some of the movies that have graced the big screen this summer have been a little disappointing to say the least the movies on the horizon do look to offer us more joy.

Robert Downey Jr returns to a comedy role for his new movie Due Date, which sees him team up with The Hangover director Todd Phillips and actor Zach Galifianakis.

Peter Highman is an expectant first-time father whose wife’s due date is a mere five days away.

As Peter hurries to catch a flight home from Atlanta to be at her side for the birth, his best intentions go completely awry when a chance encounter with aspiring actor Ethan Tremblay forces Peter to hitch a ride with Ethan–on what turns out to be a cross-country road trip that will ultimately destroy several cars, numerous friendships and Peter’s last nerve.

Helen Mirren is leads an all star cast of Russell Brand, Alfred Molina, Alan Cummings, Ben Wishaw, David Strathairn and Chris Cooper as director Julie Taymor brings Shakespeare’s The Tempest to the big screen.

In Shakespeare’s fantastical thriller the magician Prospero orchestrates spirits, monsters, a grief-stricken king, a wise old councillor, two treacherous brothers and a storm at sea into a fantastical conspiracy bringing banishment, sorcery and shipwreck into the lives of two hapless lovers to stir and seal their fate.

Here Prospero takes female form as Prospera, giving her journey of vengeance and self-discovery a wholly new resonance. As Prospera breaks her magical staff against an entrancing volcanic landscape at the end of her heroic quest, this poignant story of love and forgiveness translates into a riveting and filmic mystical tale, for our own times.

Certified Copy Trailer

Set over the course of one day in the Tuscan countryside, Certified Copy is a playful and provocative two-hander following the intriguing relationship between a man and woman who appear to have just met …

James Miller (William Shimell) is an English writer, in Tuscany to promote his new book. An unidentified gallery owner (Juliette Binoche, who won the Best Actress award at the Cannes Film Festival for her performance) attends Miller’s lecture on the subject of art and the value of original works versus copies, following which the pair meet up and decide to embark upon a sightseeing journey through the picturesque Tuscan countryside.

There, they are mistaken for a married couple. On the insistence of the woman they keep up the pretence, but as time goes on we realise that there may be more to their seemingly new relationship than meets the eye.

The conversations and arguments between the couple and the characters they encounter throughout the day, offer smart and light-hearted reflections on marriage and sexual politics, whilst director Abbas Kiarostami constantly challenges his viewers to work out what is copy and original, play-acting and reality.
