Katie Price : “I’m Like An Ugly Fat Woman”

Katie Price has managed to insult every overweight woman on the planet once again by confessing that she’s like “an ugly fat woman” in the sack because she really tries to please.

Bleating on during her promotional tour for her latest release, Katie shared what we didn’t really need to know; “I’m worse than an animal. I’m an extremist in bed.” Before explaining more about her style between the sheets: “If you act up to their ideas then you’re fine.

“You can say I’m like an ugly fat woman, cos they’re the ones they say really try. I’m like one of them, I make an effort. I’m not just a lay on your back, open your legs, look at the time. I actually work it.”

Well Katie, if you reckon ‘skinny, pretty girls’ can keep a man by just laying there like a piece of old plywood then you REALLY need to be whipping out your Karma Sutra.

Karly Ashworth’s Weekly Fashion Pick – Clever Clogs!

Well, what better way to celebrate the upcoming spring season by snapping up a pair of the hottest must-have shoe? S shocked you may be but it is indeed…The CLOG!

Although some will remain firm haters of the clog, it has been given a modern day makeover and is now the biggest footwear trend of 2010! I suppose you can only compare them to marmite, you either love it or hate it, either way you cant deny their popularity this season.

Aldo Clog £85

Since Chanel’s SS2010 catwalk show at Paris Fashion Week included a heavy amount of clogs dressed with feminine fashion, it left a frenzy of popularity and the British high street are hot on their heels to ensure we can all look good at a reasonable cost!

asos £85

Clogs look great with almost anything, girlie dresses, tights and even cute shorts and tops for a complete summery look, not only that, but they can be sported for any number of occasions, and if that isn’t enough to you they are a good investment then I don’t know what will!

River island £54.99

Don’t blow all your summer savings on them though, they may be a strong look this year but it isn’t completely safe to say they are going to stay around for years to come, I mean its not a Hermes bag we are buying here. So I’ve picked the best high street clogs at a reasonable budget to keep both our feet and our purses happy!

Topshop clog £80

Salt Interviews

A new Angelina Jolie movie is always quite an exciting event as she moves between the different genres with relative ease – this week it’s action movie Salt that has our full attention.

It’s hard to believe that it was back in 2008 with Changeling and Wanted that Ms. Jolie last graced the big screen but this week sees her triumphant return as she kicks a bit of ass along the way.

As a CIA officer, Evelyn Salt (Jolie) swore an oath to duty, honor and country. Her loyalty will be tested when a defector accuses her of being a Russian spy.

Salt goes on the run, using all her skills and years of experience as a covert operative to elude capture. Salt’s efforts to prove her innocence only serve to cast doubt on her motives, as the hunt to uncover the truth behind her identity continues and the question remains: “Who Is Salt?”

And in this new interview with the actress Jolie, as well as director Philip Noyce, admit that they have always been fascinated with spies.

Salt is released 20th August.

Legend Of The Guardians: The Owls Of Ga’Hoole Featurette

Acclaimed filmmaker Zack Snyder makes his animation debut with the fantasy family adventure Legend of The Guardians: The Owls Of Ga’Hoole based on the beloved Guardians of Ga’Hoole books by Kathryn Lasky.

The film follows Soren, a young owl enthralled by his father’s epic stories of the Guardians of Ga’ Hoole, a mythic band of winged warriors who had fought a great battle to save all of owlkind from the evil Pure Ones.

While Soren dreams of someday joining his heroes, his older brother, Kludd, scoffs at the notion, and yearns to hunt, fly and steal his father’s favor from his younger sibling.

But Kludd’s jealousy has terrible consequences, causing both owlets to fall from their treetop home and right into the talons of the Pure Ones. Now it is up to Soren to make a daring escape with the help of other brave young owls.

Together they soar across the sea and through the mist to find the Great Tree, home of the legendary Guardians, Soren’s only hope of defeating the Pure Ones and saving the owl kingdoms.

The film features the voices of Emily Barclay, Abbie Cornish, Emilie de Ravin, Ryan Kwanten, Miriam Margolyes, Helen Mirren, Sam Neill, Geoffrey Rush, Jim Sturgess, Hugo Weaving and David Wenham.

Snyder directs Legend of The Guardians: The Owls Of Ga’Hoole from a screenplay by Emil Stern and John Orloff, based on the Guardians of Ga’Hoole novels by Kathryn Lasky. The film is being produced by Zareh Nalbandian, with Donald De Line, Deborah Snyder, Lionel Wigram, Chris DeFaria, Kathryn Lasky and Bruce Berman serving as executive producers
