Ashton Kutcher has taken to Twitter (where else) to douse the rumours that he’s been cheating on his foxy wife Demi Moore.
According to US gossip magazine Star, the actor was seen smooching with a woman who wasn’t Demi by a bathroom in an Italian restaurant in LA – not exactly the most romantic of settings eh?
Either way, Ashton has used everyone’s favourite micro-blogging site to deny these claims by saying: “I think Star magazine calling me a “cheater” qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees”
Before following it up with; “STAR magazine – you don’t get to stand behind “freedom of the press” when you are writing fiction.” Yikes, we know all about defamation from our university studies… we hope everything sorts itself out soon!
